barely have had any time to write. almost a home owner. band is taking a break till I get my act in gear. need to find the performance spark. the skip in my strum. get back on the idea of bugging people for gigs and shop around a postponed ep's worth of music.

and it's cold outside

and I think it's good day to have a free mind. To finish some lyrics today.The music is flying but need words to bring it on home. They say that you do your best thinking at 68 degrees but at this point i need direction with a few compositions. they ideas are there but they are not molded into their basic thought or shape --still scraps of paper awaiting their master.

When the lyrics are half written and melody is in a sciff. The Chords are almost there and I wonder, not too hard, when and where the next moment of inspiration is going to happen. Been stuck on a train a few times without a pens and that really sucked. Sometimes on the train I day dream of songs I would like to teach myelf in order to work on the inner songwriter self. sound weird? Feels like some times that person is the person I have best conversations with. Besides my wife.
